Paid 7.59 + tax for 4 chunks of chicken never go there again. The chicken was bristly, overcooked.

Service was terrible we ordered appetizer brought them out and the food together why call them appetizers no drink refills and the food was greasy for lo mein

My husband says the Golden Salmon is the best salmon he's ever eaten! Just melts in his mouth! I love the cashew chicken and the moo goo gai pan.

We came in last night and were so happy with the night. Hunan was an essential part. My friend and I had been going through a hard time lately, so we decided to relax at a nice restaurant. The atmosphere and friendly service made us feel like we were at home! We ordered Sea Bass and Sweet and Sour Chicken... incredible is the best way to describe the food! The decorations inside the restaurant and the plating was artistic and creative. This is the best place to unwind, and the best place I have personally had the blessing to enjoy!

We asked for something healthy on the menu, and Mae recommended the Sizzling Vegetables with Chicken and simmered garlic sauce. Wow, what a choice! We asked for no MSG and extra vegetables and she was very accommodating. The colors of the dish were incredible! The vegetables were all so colorful and crisp. The tang in the sauce was so delectable that I finished every last piece of the dish. I couldn't be happier with the friendly service and the exceptional culinary dishes of Hunans!

Hunan is the best restaurant in the Midwest! We are from Indianapolis, and travel 2 1/2 hours to go enjoy the food Mae prepares. I only wish Mattoon was closer to Indianapolis.
